I have scheduled the following 2019 NZQA training courses for urine collection and drug screening (US25458 and 25511) at the locations listed below:
This is an update of the NZQA courses for urine collection and drug screening I have currently scheduled :
- Gisborne: 4 June (0700-1600): please note the date change
- New Plymouth: 6 June (0730-1630)
- Auckland: 26 June (0815-1730)
- Christchurch: 22 July (0800-1700)
- Auckland: 7 August (0815-1730)
- Rotorua: Early August (Date to be advised)
- Palmerston: Mid August (Date to be advised)
These courses are suitable for both new and refresher trainees (NB: Refresher training should be conducted every three years). The training organisation I am contracted by to run these courses is Safety ‘n Action.
The two unit standards are attached:
- US 25458 “Perform urine specimen collection in the workplace for drug testing.”
- US 25511 “Perform urine drug screening in the workplace”
Please advise me if you know of anyone interested in attending any of the scheduled course and I will send the details. Also advise me if there is interest in attending courses in other areas.
NB: I will also be running NZQA courses for Oral Fluid Collection and Drug Screening later 2019 when the two new oral fluid NZQA standards have been published. Those interested in attending these course will need to have been credited with US25458 and 25511 and , where relevant, undergone refresher training within the last three years. Please let me know whether you are interest in attending this Oral Fluid Testing training and what region you are located in.
